"There is a very strong desire on all sides of the world for countries to have more weight in international affairs, to overthrow the United States. They don't want Russia to become weaker. They don't necessarily want China to be the dominant power, but don't really want the US to be on top. The unipolar American world is long gone and we are seeing its last moments. This fact cannot be fully acknowledged here in the US or anywhere else. This is one of those turning points. If "We want to take a step forward, then this is the right moment. If we want to see how things work out, and not necessarily for our benefit, then we can relax."
